Join the game.
Leave, and go to split screen and start the game.
Then rejoin and I'll infect you with Part 2.


How to control the mod menu:
Press RB to bring it up
DPAD to control it.
A to select.


EDIT: ONLY GOING TO BE HOSTING 8 AT ONE TIME OTHERWISE IT'LL LAG OUT.
