Skyrim Like Perk/Leveling System.*A Lot Of People May Disagree*
Join-Able Factions *Something Fallout Lacks IMO*
Able To Continue After Beating The Main Quest *Without DLC*

The leveling system is much different.
You will be able to join any/most Factions.
You will be able to free roam after completing all quests.

I hope they don't do what they did with New Vegas where if you join a faction you pretty much automatically fail missions for the other factions. That was the most annoying thing in New Vegas to me.
I also hope they choose a city or suburb. I loved the setting of Fallout 3 but the Mojave Wasteland was pretty boring to walk around in.
Basically a game exactly like Fallout 3 with a new setting, better graphics, and some improved features from what we saw in Skyrim would be perfect to me.
Fallout 3 was the first game I perfected on 360. One of my favorite games ever.

I just want a new and improved Fallout New Vegas Joinable factions was pretty much in New Vegas and Fallout 3...
I'm very happy with the current leveling system on Fallout 3 and NV.
I would like to continue playing after finishing the game though, that should of been fixed...
