So its the World of Warcraft 9th Anniversary!
For the Anniversary you will receive a Celebration Package which will be given to you through the in game mail system.
The Gift will give you the buff shown,
Use: Increases Experience and Reputation gains from kills by 9% for 1 hour. (10 Sec Cooldown)
The buff can be used for 2 weeks as many times as you would like and will last from 18th of November 2013 -until- 2nd of December 2013.
