If you were signed into the account why would it be an issue to simply respond to his messege.
2 ways i know you don't own the account:
1.)If you were singed into it, it would have clearly shown "Last online...." Which it doesn't [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2.)In the picture you provided as "Proof" The letters were not capitalized. Who ever owns this account(clearly not you) Capitalized every letter on the account.
