What is your budget and currency? 700-780GBP
Do you need a monitor? No
Do you need a keyboard? No
Do you need a mouse? No
Do you need an operating system? No
What will you use the PC for? Gaming (BF4, minecraft, CoD etc ) on ultra/high settings)
So far I have built this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

The i7 is'nt more useful for gaming than an i5 unless your doing high video editing really.

Thats fine but I would go with 2x4GB instead of 1x8GB so if one stick is faulty you still have a pc with 4GB.

I've seen 3x4gb, should I go for that?
Edit: I think the 3x4gb was cheaper too.

Ivy bridge cpu's have a dual channel controller, you'll want 2 sticks for optimal performance.
Besides, I wouldn't grab ivy bridge considering haswell has been out for a while now. Might even be worth investing in an AMD build, giving you extra money to invest in a gpu.
But I'm not the guy to ask.

I've had AMD too long, there is nothing wrong with it but I'd prefer an Intel for once, I am aware they are cheaper but I'm happy with the i5. I'll change the RAM.

I've edited it slightly and made: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
So 3 questions, Is this going to allow me to play on ultra/high on most games? Are the parts compatible? And will the parts fit in the case :s ?
If anyone has a better build for that budget then I'd happily look at it.
