Hello! Me and my friends have recently thought about going in on a server.
Our intentions from this server is... To play minecraft OUR way - meaning we don't have to listen to anybody else. Also, To have with new people. Lastly, to potentially make money - we know it;s unlikely that we're going to make profit every month, but we know we can't pay for the server all the time.
So: Before we order from our host website (fragnet.net) I have some questions;

Server host, and why you like them:
Advertising - We want to advertise it on every website - How should we go about getting graphics for the website and etc.
Plugins/Development - Do we need a custom java dev for anything (I'm sure we aren't going to make customs for a bit)
Spawn building - Did you build your spawn or have somebody build it for you - if so how much is it?
How to go about getting staff?

Server host, and why you like them: Mcpro- No lag very helpful cheap. use code Hypixel for discount.

Server host ~ Craftnode Hosting as they are cheap and have amazing services and great DDOS protection
Advertising - We want to advertise it on every website - Try make graphics your self and get screenshots of your server in shaders mod
Plugins/Development - Do we need a custom java dev for anything ~ just use Bukkit or spigot
Spawn building - I'm part of a build team so me and the team work together
How to go about getting staff? ~ Don't hire people if they aren't trusted! Get to know them first

Also with plug ins add fun ones such as mini games etc. but remember to add no cheat plug ins too
