-Dan wroteAlp wrote-Dan wroteAlp wrote Okay I figured out the exceptions part. NOw , do you need to have the ethernet plugged into your laptop? Or keep it in your router?
you have a ethernet going from your xbox to computer/laptop.
I apologize for the nubby questions.
But I am unable to connect to Xbox live by doing this. I have done everything in the folder and so far it is giving me a connection failure.
Anyway I could fix this?
Try going to the dashboard and turning the Firewall off when your on dashboard then go on gta online , should work
It is not the fact that I cannot get onto GTA online, its the fact that I am unable to connect to xbox live with the ethernet going from my laptop to my xbox. I do have it shared and everything. But for some odd reason it will not connect today when it connected yesterday.

I've successfully connected to Server 1, I get the "Success" message in GTA online, but when I play no mods seem activated. I can die, no prices changed, and normal money multiplier? I've turned off Firewall before joining MP from SP.
Thanks, :coffee:
