right so i am recording with my hd pvr 2 and the bit rate & the peak rate are at 14.00
and i'm playing on 720p so thats 60fps now it records fine it just when i look at the video after i've stopped it. its glitchy and a bit laggy but when its recording its fine and records smoothly the way it should be. this is never done this before i've had my pvr for 1 year now and its just started lagging when i preview the video when its done.
the software that i am using to look at my videos is vlc player latest version as the videos are mp4. and i forgot aswell i have uninstalled my hd pvr 2 completely and reinstalled it back in again same with the vlc player and nothing seems to make it faster when i look at my videos Sad i've even tried the new software for the hd pvr 2 hauppauge capture and when i'm recording with that it goes fuzzy the screen and the videos after are laggy as well
can someone please help me fix my hd pvr 2 or find me a solution to fix
