so im wanting to upgrade the oracle im level 29 what are the most important things to upgrade for making the car worth more $$$, thanks

Also the best car to customize is the convertible car that looks like a BMW or what everyone calls it anyways. I customized the car completely with all the most expensive customizations and gave it to my mate and he sold it for $113,000+ Just a little tip for you guys.

Turbo, 35k horn,bulletproof tires are all good to upgrade
