I believe it only comes with a digital version of fifa 14.

Now to the OP i believe you get Killer Instinct FREE but you have to pay for certain characters and you get some characters free with the DAY ONE edition.

Killer instinct is free IF you get lucky enough to receive a code, usually for people that have been on xbox for a long time im not sure but you get all season one characters for free.
