There's never going to be a fair view on who is better just who you prefer inside for me its Ronaldo

At the moment Ronaldo is the best in the world without a doubt.

Appearances for Real Madrid: 216
Goals For Real Madrid: 225

Messi and Ribery goals in 2013: 64
Cristiano Ronaldo goals in 2013: 66 (55 apps)

If Ronaldo doesn't win the Ballan D'Or this year he'll never win it again.

Although Messi is outstanding, individually Ronaldo has always been better in my opinion. Taking into account all round attributes.

Personally I think them 2 are in a category above the likes of Pele etc.

Messi is more of a team player, he shines while making his teammates shine.

Ronaldo is an individual player and score goals out of nothing.

I agree with the guy above, both are great players but I'd stick with Messi
