People who want cargobobs, there is still a way to get them any level, AS A PERSONAL VEHICLE.

My videos and its not as a personal vehicle its to get it in your Pegasus store so you can call Pegasus and have them deliver 1 to a close by heli pad. Just making things clear

well im just going by the title it says in brackets patched and that was a few days ago the video was uploaded.
I put patched in the title because in the video i used the old method to get single player character online but if you use the new method i uploaded and then do the steps after you get the single player character online it will work. Hense why he said combine both tutorials.

I havent tried with the new method of getting single player character online but I know that when I did it before it was very tricky you need to try and get the single player character to load online as quick as possible before the special ability bar stops showing and the warstock menu changes to the online version. Its all about being quick.
