These are unofficial ported builds of CyanogenMod 11 with Android 4.4 KitKat but there are nearly flawless in terms of giving you every bit of Android 4.4 KitKat performance. Best of all, CM11 ROM is now available for AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, Unlocked, and International HTC One users!
With CM11 ROM, you will be able to experience the latest Android 4.4 KitKat with everything working out of the box including your data 3g/4g lte, WiFi, bluetooth, GPS, sensors, speakers, etcetc Even IR blaster is supposed to work (although I havent been able to get it working) so you get the idea.
Fortunately, HTC One is a blessed Android device as we have Android 4.4 KitKat ROMs running near flawless already. One theory I have behind is because Google has played a part in making the Google Play Edition edition of HTC One. That definitely makes sense that KitKat would be so quickly implemented on the HTC One over many other devices that are still waiting.
Anyways, if you need Android 4.4 KitKat stable, its here pretty much so definitely give these CM11 ROMs a try this week(end) and do let me know what you think!

YOU MUST USE CWM RECOVERY 6.0.4.3 OR HIGHER. YOU CAN USE ROM MANAGER APP FROM PLAY STORE TO UPDATE YOUR RECOVERY. DO NOT USE TWRP ITS NOT COMPATIBLE AND YOU WILL END UP IN A BOOTLOOP.
To install, reboot into recovery, make backup ROM, wipe data/factory reset, install ROM, install Gapps, and reboot. (If for some reason you end up in a bootloop, reboot into recovery, go to Advanced Wipe for TWRP or Mounts & Storage for CWM, format/wipe /system, then re-install ROM.)
Note: CM11 does not have root enabled by default but you can easily enable it for adb & apps in Developer options.
