Theres plenty of proof its not a nuke for instance in the 1 Hour Video on Gamespots YouTube David Vonderhaar says that a Nuke goes off at the end of the Match, whether you win or lose, to make a Nuke go off as soon as the mannequins heads are gone could cause a Nuke 2 Minutes into the match, and therefore rendering the match pointless.

How would it make the match pointless? Whoever shot the head off all the mannequins would get the kills from the nuke. Just like in Modern Warfare 2. I mean come on what else could it be? A challenge? An Achievement? Bonus CP? It couldn't be any of those, they would be too boring and they wouldn't really be a surprise.
