With this you need to go on your xbox and then transfer your last game save over to a flash drive. Next you want to get Horizon and extract that gamesave to your computer. Once you have done that you can send me that gamesave and then I will mod it to anything you want. I can mod any car in the game with anything you would like (Even police cars and things like that).
