It won't work with your CPU, it is a different socket.
Unless you are going for extreme overclocks, you don't need an upgrade.

Yes, it won't fit. The new series uses a newer CPU socket so yours won't fit. You current one will be fine, and if you really need an upgrade, that AsRock one is the best choice.
