VEVO wrote Yes. You can actually file a claim against him and Paypal will reverse the transaction. If he has no proof of shipping or documentation, he HAS to give the money back or it is considered fraud and he will lose his Paypal account. Open up a dispute or call Paypal and they'll help you out.
This is correct i actually had a similar case about a month ago. I opened a dispute against the seller through paypal and he couldnt provide proof so they refunded me the whole process took about 3 weeks roughly.

He is claiming i have received it? I have waited in for the past week and defintaly never? His name is Paul-
He has to give Paypal 100% concrete PROOF you received it. If not, he will be considered a scammer and his account will be terminated. Obviously, now that you filed a report he's scared and wants to work something out. Anyone can claim they did something, doesn't mean it's true.

Thanks for the help man I hate scammers nothing better to do apart from waste peoples time :/ I will make sure to devote my time into getting him removed from PayPal and if possible TTG. Thanks

Just saying, your options:
- Call Paypal and explain the situation.
or
- Call your bank and explain the situation.

If you paid, you should get the seller's address in paypal. Then go to his house and fight him.

This guy speaks truth, and I will assist you in demolishing this kid! All you have to do is send me money to pay for my tickets... he he

Man, I hate hearing stuff like this, I hope you get your money back. Kids like this make me want to squeeze my teddy bear.

He changed his name. Do you have any messages from him that you can get his new name from.
