On PayPal, you can turn off auto-renew. You can also do this under membership settings.

I'm pretty sure he is talking about Xbox Live auto renewing membership?

If you are talking about Xbox, then go to the Xbox Live website and just click cancel auto renewal. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
