Hi I got the fifa 14 downloadable code with my xbox one and I downloaded and was playing it then when I tried to get back on it after playing a game it would only load up the start up but were it's got the picture of the nou camp display and then about 5 seconds later it redirects me to the xbox home bit

Ask Microsoft or contact EA support, its that simple.

this happend to my friend on dead rising 3 go to "my games and apps" go to fifa 14 press start/menu button go to "uninstall" then re install it
