I'm building a PC on a budget and I found this cheap graphics card and I was wondering if it would run games good like skyrim, minecraft, feed the beast, etc. Here are the specs: PowerColor Go! Green AX5450 1GBK3-SH Radeon HD 5450 (Cedar) 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card

No, cheap bad card is bad, not worth anything.
