I was wondering if the below items would be compatible with windows 8 and also if it would run games such as skyrim, minecraft, FTB, etc

The inbuilt GPU in the APU will be a lot better than that POS card. Do NOT buy it.

That GPU is good for one thing, smashing. PLEASE DON'T BUY IT.
