Yes you will be able to play with friends but you will need to be the party leader

If you are playing alone it will make you host every time.

It will make other players connect to you rather than you connecting to other hosts.

No, it wouldn't let you join that game.

Yes you will have access to the infection menu, so you can select which package and optional infections you want
