Saw this on another website and I hadn't seen this here, so I hope this helps if anyone has any problems. Basically flip over your Xbox One with no disc in it, give it a couple of firms whacks where the disc drive is, and see how it turned out. I was going to post this in the Tutorials section, but this section has way more activity and I just want to help but if so desired, I'll post this in the proper section.

I watched this video earlier today.
You are not opening the unit up you just giving it a few tap tap taporoos , I don't think it would but I have no idea if this will void your warranty so proceed at your own risk, if you break your unit you hit it too hard. I am not suggesting you lie but you may want to omit this self-troubleshooting step from your discussion with support or skip this and just wait for a replacement unit. Also it may be possible to tap with a little less power and fewer times for all I know the first whack did it.
