Hey guys i just want some help because i got scammed.
So i bought this jtag from some guy (3days ago) and once i paid him he never messaged me again.
For the past three days i kept messaging and messaging him and nothing; no confirmation of the jtag being sent and no tracking number (Which he promised to give the next day).
The payment was through an invoice which im pretty sure can greater my chances of getting my money back.

There are pictures of the transaction.
No recent messages from him, no confirmation of it being sent, and no help.
I just neep help on how to go about this.
Should i start a case on paypal, or should i wait it out a few more days (its been 3).
Any help would be appreciated and if its good ill give you all of my rep.
EDIT: His email had KevinR2R inside of it. So watch out for anyuser having anything similar to that
