Indeed it is. I think it removed some protocols to make it be able to function faster by using less RAM.

This is basically the same thing as Chaos's tool. You just put his tool into a disassembling program and then used his offsets. Simplified, stealing a tool and just a remake of it.

I am not talking about the Black Ops 2 part.
