I'm ordering a jasper rgh when chrome messages me back. Is it a good rgh or what's your guys opinions on it?

Yeah it's a later version of the Phat console. It should last you quite a bit more than the other console types.

I wouldn't order if if it was just for COD modding though.

A jasper runs relatively cool, I've had my Falcon for a year now: so i'd expect a jasper to run for a long time. This isn't always the case though as loads of factors can affect it.
