Just downloaded realtemp and I am unsure what TJ Max is? Do I want it to be high or low?

My guess is that it means the max temp the program has recorded from your CPU.

But I'm not 100% sure.

Figured it out if anyone's interested...

It's the temp left until the CPU will shut itself down to protect it from overheating.

Maximum Junction Temperature is abbreviated TJMax. It is the max temperature a semiconductor is allowed to reach before it triggers some kind of protection (thermal-throttling, increased cooler fan speed), notifies the user, or just shuts down. Manufacturers will provide the TJMax temps of their CPUs.
