I noticed this when I got it at midnight last night, but every time I start up Black OPs it asks for my options (Doesn't save them). I also played a few missions in campaign and noticed that none of it saved. I also have not gotten any achievements. Any idea whats wrong?

It happened to me just delete your account then recover it again thats what i did and it worked fine
