I dont know anything about it. I duped cars a couple times before the update when it was super easy but if you can figure out what to do ill do it for you.

So as the garage door opens press:

" start LB and (A) (A)"

All you do is get in the car to dupe (adder) buy another apartment with the amount of car spaces you have. then drive out. Done, it's now your friends (They NEED to be in the car before you go out)
