Hello people of TTG i am planning on get a [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

but would my current psu be able to handle it, or would i need to upgrade to a 600w psu?


Current Rig:
CPU: Intel i5 3570k
Heatsink: Arctic i30
GPU: Nvidia GTX 570 (the 770 will be replacing this)
MoBo: ASRock z77 Extreme 4
DVD: Cheapest i found
SSD: 60gb Intel
HDD: 1TB Seagate barracuda
RAM: 8GB
PSU: CoolerMaster 550w
CASE: NZXT Phantom 410

Im not a 100% sure, but you should probobly upgrade to a 650w

770's use less power than you think, they're very good power efficient cards and most 550 should cover it for full load operation.

The minimum recommended is 600watts. Tho if your CPU is overclocked and you plan on overclocking the graphics card I would upgrade the PSU just to be safe
