basically i have a motherboard with 2nd generation pci-e slots i am thinking about upgrading pretty soon but am not sure if i should go to a 3rd generation video card. if i do this, will the power i loss because of my mother board bring me down to what would equal out to a 2nd generation pci-e video card?
