So im trying to motion track a cod clip but it keep giving me that error i have been trying days to fix this problem PLEASE anyone help me with this please.

AE's tracker doesn't work will with limited/choppy movement, try re-recording the clip, or if you're using cinematics, try re-recording them. If you're using CS6, try downgrading to CS5, that seems to work for some people.
