Hardly understood what I just read but I am guessing you got into a random modded xp lobby or some crap. Can you get banned..yea sadly even if its not your fault buttttt dont go around saying you where in a modded lobby or anything.

Probably have to have another recovery to "downgrade" your prestige as I don't recall there being a reset stats option in this game...
The checkerboard icon will definitely draw attention in some lobbies so that will up your chance of being reported
