So first you will need 4 people with second controllers or if they dont have any controllers just add more friends until you have 8

Then you make two different teams(ex. The 2 people with extra controllers go to one Ghost Party and the rest go to another)

Then 1 group can start up a match and find a game

Once you see a map and game mode you like (I like Blitz on Strikezone or Freight), invite everyone else in the other Ghost Party

The lobby should be full by only you guys

Let the game stat up and start boosting.

One team should be killing the other team and the team being killed shouldn't do anything

After the game the team that was getting killed has to Dashboard so that stats won't save

Switch with other team and repeat
