I'm looking to build a PC and I have a budget of around £1000/$1600. It will be mainly used for high intensity gaming, making music, and graphic design (photoshop, fruity loops and various other high intensity programs). Wanting an SSD and Windows 7 included. I will be wanting to use dual monitors.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks in advance!

well if your using photoshop your going to want a i7 proccessor heres a basic build that might suit u, u can decide on the case yourself [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
You could get a nice case and power supply to support it for at most 200$ definately and still have like 100$ left to spend on peripherals.
Not sure if u had the monitors already and if u wanted to use sli or crossfire

You're going to get a MEAN build with this! You should consider PMing Craigyy or Stedos to build you one, I'm no use but I hope it goes well for you.

Here's what I'd get bud...
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
The i7's hyperthreading properties will aid you greatly when multitasking. 16GB RAM will be enough for you to create everything you need to. The 290 will run 2 monitors no problem. Hell, it'd game on 3 no problem. The 290 may be a little bit overkill but with that budget, it's a why not situation. I included a 120GB SSD for you to use as a boot drive and install some most used programs onto, it'll speed everything up. I'm not sure if a 1TB HDD will be enough for you, so change it to a 2TB if you need to.

HIV wrote My build includes two monitors. Thanks, and I'm not looking for the monitors to be included in the 1000 pound. I'll be saving 500 pound to get my monitor (1 for now), keyboard and mouse.

@Gigahertz personally I'd stay away from a 290x intill they add replace the coolers as it will turn the pc into a loud oven under load.
