I'll be perfectly honest.. I used to be a lot more active in the past mainly lurking in the SB but becoming a dad has kept me quite busy.. I always have this site in mind whenever I need to find out something see how some are doing and just see the cool stuff added.. All the tips and tricks keep me coming back.. Community keeps me coming back.. Familiarity keeps me coming back.. I enjoy lots of things about TTG so it's difficult to name just one.. But I'd have to say the main one are the friends I've made here.. Lots of knowledgeable people who really do there thing here and in the dare I say REAL WORLD!! O_O Overall I'm just making this post to say what I enjoy.. And to wish everyone and very Merry Christmas from my family to yours.. Happy Holidays everyone!

Ranging from chatting to the people you meet around the Forums and the Shoutbox to getting another person for your new clan on your Xbox, there's a wide variety of things TTG offers.

Whether it is using the massive network of sections in the Forums to ask for a partner to get that last 5G achievement or just have a friendly chat on what style to build your next Minecraft empire, the atmosphere on TTG is always welcoming towards everybody (Spare the few numpties).

TTG is a centre for everything tech. (Really Deano? Clue's in the name...)
You are offered all-in-one place for easy access to the latest gaming news on the frontpage, a much preferable option to rooting around the internet to find the newest information.
It's a brilliant site to be a part of; ask any question you need to and receive the answer as well as being able to offer help to those that need it too. An example for me, the Minecraft PC - Discussion section... Many people ask questions on there about servers or general Minecraft troubles. Being a proficient server host, I help them all out as often as possible (If not already answered).

Safeguarded by the Staff team, TTG is kept clean and friendly. A highly demanding task considering the traffic that goes through here, plus they are all just volunteers.

I've been a part of this community for over 3 years and the way it has grown and changed is astonishing. Constantly looking for new ways to improve, it's interesting to watch TTG evolve further to maintain it's reputation of a hub for the gaming and technology community (Far better than its days of "OmG1337H4xz_L0bb33z" days)

Plus it is entertaining to watch everybody 'troll' Famous

Merry Christmas to all of you!

Chicago_Blackhawks wrote Special message to Sean, Staff, all of TTG's members
[spoil] I just wanted to take some time to say that I am so sorry for everyone's loss of Chubz. He was a great admin and cousin to Sean, and though I didn't have a connection with him I am deeply saddened by his passing and wish everyone who had a connection to him, and friendship with him the best of luck ahead. I am greatly saddened. RIP Chubz.

What do you enjoy about The Tech Game?
What's not to enjoy about TTG? First of all, we have amazing admins, owners, staff, and just an all around amazing community.... and I believe a community is what it is, a community is where everyone gets along and helps each other and that's what I see on TTG all the time, people willing to help new guys and anyone who needs help really. There's so much to love about TTG that I probably will forget some in this post.... I just love being able to come here and be a different person posting about the forums, using the arcade, and catching up on all of the latest gaming (and non-gaming) related news... even if I am not posting!
Also couldn't forget about the generosity of our members, everyday there are many gold giveaways and such of people giving away their own money to help others get gold... and this giveaway you are doing just shows how nice people really are on here, and should be in general.
I enjoy being able to come to the message boards every day and help people out, or if I'm not posting being able to see others being helped by veteran users... or checking out the latest glitches and gaming news all in one organized forum or chatting it up with others in the shoutbox!
Most everyone on TTG has something in common... WE ALL LOVE TO GAME. and it's so cool that I can come on here and not just talk about CoD, or GTA, or Halo... but sports games and I can meet people who have the same game interests as me and learn tutorials from them and be able to interact and form bonds with them.
Also I enjoy (LOVE) hanging out in the general discussion because that is where a lot of people ask questions that I love to answer, or I can direct them to a sticky or post with the answer and I just love talking about general off-topic things when not talking about gaming. I'm always in the general discussion or GTA, or CoD forums because those are what I love viewing on TTG as well as seeing the new features that Sean and everyone put together over time, I love everything about TTG, and could go on forever with my answer.
I also fancy an occasional visit to the Jokes & funny stuff section which is another thing that I love about TTG because I can joke around and be my normal, weird, funny self!
I'm so glad that this website has such a variety of forums and sections for the members to visit which is what truly makes it the greatest gaming and technology website out there. It's not a website where kids come to just rave about CoD glitching and modding, although that may be what they come for, they will probably find themselves in awe at our amazing forums, and wide variety of topics... and I can't thank enough the admins and moderators that make it all possible!
I usually spend 5-10 hours a day on TTG and I love every minute of it and wouldn't want to be doing anything else other than having quite intellectual conversations in the shoutbox and making friends!

I've Extended My Answer
I also love the fact that TTG is so versatile. Like many of you probably, I came here as a leech looking for lobbies, but looking back on my 3 years I stayed for the community. TTG Has so much to offer that you can just come for the lobbies. or the glitches, or whatever. But you find yourself enticed to stay for the bigger picture. General discussion, jokes, music, tv, TTG has SO MANY topics and SO MANY things to love that I can't say enough how grateful I am to be apart of this amazing site... from this giveaway down to graphics shops, and marketplace shops... everyone keeps helping each other, and it's not just the normal members but the staff takes so much time out of their days to help and often host giveaways aswell! and that's what I LOVE about TTG .... thanks again F40 (Canidae) and A-10 and others this wouldn't even be possible without you!

I've extended my answer more!
It's so cool how it seems like everyone on here understands each other and it is easy to communicate with each other because of that and that's why I'm generally friendly to everyone on here because they are easy to associate with and relate to. I remember back when this site was TTP (TheTechPit) In its first few years or so (maybe year or less) but not really everyone got along. Everyone wasn't really looking for mods, or hacks... but TTG isn't just what it is today. It's so cool to see the evolution of what TTP and TTG have become overtime and mostly SHAPED BY US; THE COMMUNITY... by suggesting things in the suggestion box section which is just another thing that makes TTG such an over-the-top website/forum is because the staff listens to the members, the members listen to the members, and we all care for one another.... <3

Updated my answer (#4 Update!)
I've been apart of this website for 3 amazing years and even though that's only how long I've had this account, I've been browsing TTG and even before when it was called TTP just as a guest and also used to see my friends browsing with their accounts. I've been contributing to these forums with over a million great people for over 3 years and they have made TTG something that I love to do and something that I am always doing. I've achieved many big milestones here such as being one of the 1st to hit 13,000 posts... so many people welcomed and congratulated me with open arms witch just shows how everyone here is loved and welcomed by others... it's been a great 3 years here, with 14,000 posts... so here's to another 3 years, many many more posts, and years to come!!!!

^
I could probably make a whole new section just based off what I said about the community, lol.

Why do you keep coming back to the website we've all grown to love?
One of the many reasons I come back to TTG that "we've all grown to love" has been widely made clear in my last answer. The community, it's a great thing we're all amazing and help each other so much and are so kind.... and I believe another reason at least for me I know this is true is that this is the only gaming forum that I "grew up" around... I've really gotten into this site since I was "younger" and it really stuck with me because I've met some amazing people on TTG that I still talk to and game with to this day and because of the generosity of others and the fact that I could keep up with all kinds of new gaming news, and glitches all at once for every system on one forum... of course, like many others, I started coming here for the mods but have stayed to help the community... I don't deserve anything for it but I just love to help people because I believe that that's what should be done. TTG is like a "second home" to me because when I am on the internet I am ALWAYS using TTG and I don't think I'll quit for as long as I am a gamer, and as long as TTG is around.... back in the day you would rarely see users getting the help that they actually needed from other members because everyone was so worried about getting into a modded lobby and it was tough for staff to even help because they were getting an influx of fake and scamming lobbies, but now that I've seen the community evolve and morph into an actual community, i'm in for the ride, and i'm here to stay because of the community, I've never quit TTG but i have taken breaks but it's the community that makes me come back because... it's people like you that keep me coming back, and people like everyone who donated and helped with this giveaway, thanks for making TTG a regular, entertaining, kind website, that I ALWAYS look forward to visiting :')
