Yeah I agree with chalkboard, I spend 7-8 hours of my day, 5 times a week AT school, and then I'm expected to do MORE work at home? That just annoys me so much :/

As I've grown up school has become easier for me. I personally don't mind it at all, as long as I had my friends to hang out with it was alright.

Well it gets you educated and you can learn life skills from it but in todays economy it doesn't help you get a job.

Toastify wroteDon't start this please, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates dropped out of college because they ALREADY had their idea. They didn't drop out because they couldn't do it.Anagram wrote Without school, we would have no jobs, no money, no qualifications and we wouldnt have the ability to do things we want, like our dream job and so on.
Well some of the smartest people didn't go to collage or even finish school example Steve jobs

I feel like, sure it's not what most kids want to do. But without it we wouldn't go anywhere in life today. You have to have a education in most scenarios today.I do agree that the College system is faulty though

Here's some food for thought:
What if there was never school to begin with. Your parents taught you the common stuff like writing and what not but you didn't go to school. At the age of 10 you could choose your job "YOU" wanted, then for the next 8 years you would study only that subject, what you needed to know and not stuff you'll never use. Once you're 18 you took an exam to see if you qualified for the job "YOU" selected, you could only get 5 wrong on a 500 hundred question test.
I think this would get rid of that school crap like say if you wanted to be a lawyer you could skip science and/or math, that or just not go as advance into it.
Just let all this sink in and think about it, wouldn't it make life so much easier? Also if you were bad at the skills you needed there would be backup jobs (Maid, Mail, Garbage ect...)
