Nope, Sundays are not considered to be working days.
Mondays-Saturdays are working days, excluding national holidays and bank holidays.

Well actually, some people do work on Sunday. The whole world doesn't stop because it's a day of rest.
On-topic: Working days are usually classed as Monday to Friday.
