well I reset my router already so I got a new ip. So his just attacking a old ip .
But after I got booted I contact my internet service and they told me to report a DDos attack and the police will get involved and l that and told me that's how psn was hacked and all that . And so I was like hmm if I do this it'll save many peoples lifes

Now the legal way is expensive and the government could really care less. The hard way is to send him his ip in a message and tell him that you will go through with legal actions and have the FBI monitering his ip anyways as far as swatting goes as long as he dosen't get your info you are good. If he swats you it's not to bad. you just simply explain the situation.

What if he does send a swat what will they be looking for?
And it's not all about the boot offline thing the important thing is the swat and the D'o'xed part.

usually swatting is by creating a hoax call basically calling in either a "fake murder/homicide" or tech raid or something. If you explain the situation they will completely understand and might ask you a few questions then it will all go back to normal the only thing is they might break your door or such and won't replace it. just if you get swatted listen to them. when they say get on the ground or whatever . my friend has a video basically explaining what happens when he swats people.

that is some fuhcked up shiet... -.-" especially when a Swat breaks down yours doors and windows, and possibly will kill my security dog, because my dog will go for there instinct and try to protect. Oh gosh I don't want to end up like that dude that watched his dog get shot and died.
