This is the current method.
1.) go to garage and get in car you want to for the friend, make sure he is in the passenger seat.
2.) go to your phone and go to the real estate page where you can buy properties.
3.)go over to a property that is in the same building as your current apartment. (Recommend a 10 car garage)
4.) with friend in passenger seat you need to purchase the new apartment that is in the same building as ur current one. IMPORTANT. When you are purchasing your new garage it will give a warning about confirming the purchase.
5.) once you get the warning about buying the new garage, you want to click A on the warning to confirm you purchase of the garage and then click A one more time. (Must click A one more time after confirming purchase) after you click A the second time, spam B as fast as you can to exit out of the phone completely.
6.) you may spawn in the car or outside of the garage. If you spawn in the car drive away from apartment and let friend drive so he can put vehicle in his garage. If you spawn out of the vehicle you can just have your friend put the vehicle in his garage. It will come with insurance and tracker. (Works with any vehicle)

I would recommend doing the money glitch because you will be spending money on buying the garage.
