If you want to do mods and stuff buy a rusty banged upclassic and restore it and modify it or just buy a decent modifiable car and keep in ur garage or something and tune and modify untill you afford to insure it

omg clowns, i'd like to see americans come over to england and buy a subaru for a first car japenese car's are real good subaru's are my favourite cars by far but not a chance can i afford it + the insurance costs way to much, ask anybody from the uk 99% wont be able to afford it at this age, i ent getting the car to modifications, im getting a cheap nippy car that can get me a to b and doing abit of mods to make it noticable a tad not tuning it to the max or wanna turn it into a street car for racing at all

there are many other cars you could buy that would still be reasonably cheap to insure

I've just recently bought a Citroen C2 VTR 1.6 as my 1st car.
My insurances is just over a grand but that is on my parents no claims not my actual insurance, nice little car though, not common either,
