My buddy recently bought the Xbox One. He messaged me saying he received two codes in an email for 'exclusive' DLC content, he got one code for xbox one, and one for 360. I redeemed it and got a patch 'POW' the 'POW' reticule, and the Spectrum camo. Anyone know much about it?

I've seen this camo going around and I've always wondered how to get it.
