Alright it isnt letting me join games when im with anybody in the party. is anybody else having this problem and do you know how to fix it?

Everybody is having this problem. Blackops is a game played by almost all of xbox. I bet the servers are crashing . Also in WaW there was also a glitch like this they never fixed. Hopefully its the servers :/

i can get in games but everytime at the start it messes up like ive got bad connection even though its fully green its weird lol
