I will be trying to have an OBE( Out of Body Experience)tonight so hopefully it goes well, my first attempt i got scared because i started shaking and hearing a voice telling me to wake up.Has anyone had a OBE? how was your experience?

never had an OBE, but i am an experienced lucid dreamer. good luck with your astro projection man.

Just a correction it is called "astral projection". A lot of people mix the name up.

No drugs are involved in a natural OBE.

Ok so what happens is there is a thing called Dimethyltryptamine this is a drug that has similar effects to your OBE. what this drug is.
It's a drug when your about to die or when your sleeping it's what gives you the OBES. So threw this drug you can experience OBE more often.
So what i'm trying to say is just that your brain probably triggered more Dimethyltryptamine then needed

I will be trying again tonight as it seems that i could no go into a sleep paralysis if anything i'll stick with lucid dreaming.
