PlayStation Plus & Netflix are not affiliated in any way at all, they are two totally separate things, the only thing they have in common is that they are both subscription services.

Just asking because it did have 3D movies on the PS3 for Netflix.

Netflix always cost money regardless of the console, but the PS4 netflix doesn't require PSplus while the XB1 version requires gold.
