I think you're spending more money than you need to on some of the parts
+2 sticks of 4GB RAM is something I avoid because say I wanted to upgrade to 16GB of RAM, I'd have to get 2 new 8GB sticks. Whereas having 1 8GB RAM stick means I only need to buy another one
I could probably have a go at getting a better one made for your budget if you want

yes but having 1 stick alone of ram is slower than two.. plus he won't need more than 8gb

Under budget, same graphics card and CPU (I think), 2 TB of storage, 16GB of RAM ;)

Over 8GB of RAM isn't needed for the moment, but it makes it future proof as games will need more in the future
+ Corsair has a very cheap 8GB stick which may be slightly slower compared to the 2 4GB sticks but the benefit of being future proof and cashing in on a good deal makes it worth it for me
Besides his build spent way over the top on things that weren't needed
I've lowered the budget regardless so the 4GB/8GB sticks can be sorted by him

thanks but as the pc will be used for gaming not editing/rendering I don't think I will need 16gb of ram.
