My rgh will connect successful to Xbox neighborhood & then I launch the game go to local then I try to click stuff on the menue then my game will juss freeze please help?

Right do you have XBL gold on your account and is the tool in the right title update and are all your plugins god they should be

EDIT: why are you going on local? Go on system link and the tool is meant to be a recovery tool?
