I kinda ****** up my JTAG, but then I fixed it and I got it a while ago and I found a disc that came with my JTAG (no scratches on it) and it is called: Original Nand Keys & LT+3.0 Flashed Drive. If i use this will this put my JTAG back to when I first got it?

I don't think that's how it works. I'm pretty sure that disc is being used as storage for your original NAND files. Some sellers provide the NAND keys on a disc, and I'm pretty sure that's what it is.

The disc you got with you Jtag is its original nand files, which can be used to fix the console if you brick it.

No those files are most probably your original nand and cpukey
You can open the Nand.bin in Jrunner
Paste your CPUKey.txt into jrunner
then check rgh or rgh2 "whichever your console is"
choose dash version 16537
and click create XEbuild image
Then click show working folder
inside folder should be a new file called updflash.bin
put that file on a USB stick and put it in your xbox "No other USB devices installed"
Then start the xbox with the eject button Xell should update you automatically
