It's odd that you posted this. My girlfriend was texting me about a nightmare that she had last night, pretty trippy on how she described all of it.
I've had what you're describing before. It's honestly probably nothing, just your mind. Try to put your mind aside of it and jam to some music or something.

Everybody else has basically covered this but I want to reiterate some things. The cause of this is often stress or environmental factors, theres probably nothing wrong with you. Make sure you're getting the nutrients you need, don't skip out on meals and try to have snacks between meals, its proven to help. If this keeps happening go talk to your doctor remember theres no shame in this life is full of surprises and anybody who says they don't have any issues is lying. I hope things get better for you bro!

To help going to sleep here's what I recommend and I do personally.
1. Drink a warm glass of Milk before bed.
2. Don't drink any caffeinated beverages before 4 P.M
