Chubz was a great guy, the world needs more like you. The few conversations we had were definitely of high value. You were a joyous gift to the world and you will be missed. Colin, I wish I had more chances to talk to you and grow closer. You were a great friend to the world and a valued member to the site.

Words cannot express the sense of deep loss of those loved ones and friends that he has left behind. He was a great guy and a gentle giant that never had a mean word for anyone unless it was spoken and jest. He always kept us laughing and made any XBL Party interesting.
Rest easy brother.
Rest easy brother.

Colin/Chubz -
Not only was he a great asset to the TTG community, he was also a great person in real life. It was such an honor to meet him in LA (along with the others that came out). I was afraid when I saw Chubz at a distance but once I shook his hand and he smiled at me and showed he was happy to meet me, I knew from there on out he was a great person. From an internet standpoint, he was also making jokes with members but at the same time was very professional in what he did on here. It's still beyond belief that this happened to him at such a young age. But, God has a plan for everyone, and everything happens for a reason. I hope that this will bring us together as a whole. Just remember, don't take things for granted, because you never know when they will be taken away from you.
Not only did we lose a great member of the community, but we lost a great friend of ours. It's still beyond belief that this happened to him at such a young age.
Rest in Paradise Colin/Chubz. Thank you for being a good friend to all of us. You will truly be missed brother.

This guy was generally one of the best guys I have ever met, we used to sit for hours playing FIFA/CoD and just laughing over the stupidest of things, and that's what I loved about him.
He especially helped me through a rough time in my life, he would talk to me everyday to make sure I was still going strong. It was such a shock to know he would not be able to make us laugh one more time but WE all know he is up there looking down on us making sure we are enjoying life.
I for one and truly honoured to have met you and shared a pint of beer with you Colin. It was not that long ago we arranged to meet up again before Christmas to share another..
You were such an awesome guy and it's heartbreaking news and I will not lie and say i weeped like a baby at the news, you were more than just a friend, you were a legend.
It's right now we should all say thanks to everything he has done for this website and other peoples lives, he changed things in ways other people couldn't.
Keep an empty glass up there for me dude, you owe me one.
Rest easy brother, you're forever with us.
EDIT. For those who do not know, Chubz was a huge football hooligan, and an even bigger Arsenal supporter.
An avatar was made if some of you would like to honor him in a way he would absolutely adore.

He will be looking down on these Arsenal badges and smiling from ear to ear.
We love you chubz, take it easy.

Colin/Chubz, well what a guy!
He was a true gentleman and legend, whenever we played xbox he would always have me luaghing my head off. I was lucky to have met Colin in person also and I can say that it was an honor! He was just as i expected, very funny, smart, loving and not too shabby at drinking haha. Colin was always the first person i spoke to if I had a problem on here or irl. He was very dedicated to TTG and spent much of his time on here helping others and keeping the community going, without his efforts the site would not be where it is today.
Colin passing has made me realise that although we all speak over the internet, the people I do speak to are true friends!
The world/site will NEVER be the same without him and we will never let his memory die.
Rest easy mate, gonna miss you ( still not forgiving you for booking me a crapy ghetto hotel!!! lol ) x

Colin/Chubz,
Chubz was one of the most genuine, down to earth guys I have met while using this site over the past few years.
His passing came as a shock to me, as it probably would have with anyone.
I never had the pleasure of meeting him face to face, but I am positive he would have been just as awesome to talk to as he was through Xbox or Skype.
He was always there to help me with anything to do with the site, be it early in the morning, or even when he was trying to sleep. He was very devoted to his job on here, and I think I'm correct here by saying we all appreciate it. Thank you, Colin.
I am thankful to have the great memories of playing games with him, as they are some of the best, and most fun times I have ever had while using Xbox. And, he still holds the record for the highest score to beat me on FIFA... 13-1.
I know some people on here had good friendships with Colin, and my deepest thoughts and sympathies go out to all of you. We have lost a good man this week.
Thank you, Colin.
Rest in peace.

Colin/Chubz was an extraordinary guy I remember being in an Xbox Live party with him and we were playing CoD and he broke the ice with me by saying "TDK I thought I was bad at CoD but Damn" of course ever since then it had been an on-going joke. He always made sure I did the right thing for the right reasons and he steered me in the right direction when I first became a Global Moderator.
I feel as if I can celebrate how wonderful Chubz was and know in my heart that I am a better man for getting to know Chubz. I will certainly remember you mate you have changed the lives and touched the hearts of many people and I am truly thankful for knowing you.
R.I.P Chubz you will be forever missed and always remembered.

Chubz/Colin; what an amazing guy. Such a great personality, great friend to many and loved by everyone. I can't tell you a single person that didn't get on well with him as soon as they met him! He was just that kind of guy, always happy and joyful and that's how he will be remembered - a true legend. I just wish we all had more time with him to enjoy his company and have a laugh with him, but as they say, the good die young and Chubz is a great example of this, except he was better than good, he was amazing
Thank you Chubz for everything you have done; made my life so much more entertaining with your amazing personality and joyful self
RIP brother, you will be sincerely missed & remembered

Chubz/Colin passing so sudden and at such a young age is proof just how fragile life can be. Death almost always comes when you least expect it, but if you are that young you pretty much don't think about it. Unfortunately, I have never met him in person. The closest contact I had with Chubz was talking with him over Xbox live. But I could tell, as anyone could that ever spoke with him, that he was a great guy with possibly an ever greater sense of humor, and I am confident that is how he will be remembered.
RIP.
RIP.

You dont ever expect things like this to happen, we wake up each day expecting everything to go according to plan, go to school/work, spend time with friends, see family and have an ordinary day. But then we experience days that dont go according to plan and Tuesday the 10th is a day we will all forever remember as one of those days.
Colin and I live on opposite sides of the world but in Summer of 2012 I was fortunate enough to meet him in person and spend 10 days showing him and others around LA. During those 10 days I dont think I have ever laughed so much in my life. He was such a genuine person, someone who you can just get along with and thats why so many people were able to connect with him on such a personal level. There is one funny story that I have told countless amounts of times to all my friends and I figured I may as well share it here. It may be one of those stories "where you had to be there" but I dont care I am sharing it anyways because it still cracks me up to this day.
So I am driving Colin and I believe Rickshaw around LA area and Colin asks me...
"So, Zilla, I am almost out of smokes, mate. Is there anywhere around here where I can pick some up?"
I see a golden opportunity to have a little troll so I say, "Yea we have this grocery store called Pavylions." The store is actually called Pavilions (Pa-vil-e-ons) but I pronounced it as (Pavey-lions).
Now Colin gets quiet for a few seconds, turns to me and in his funny british accent says, "No, Zilla, you are trolling me mate, what in the HELL is a PAVYLIONS?!" "What kind of name is PAVYLIONS?!" And he just starts busting up laughing.
I keep a straight face (which was quite hard by the way) and assure him it is called Pavylions.
So we pull up to "Pavylions" and he sees the sign spelled "Pavilions" and keeps on cracking up saying there is no way that it is pronounced like Pavylions. Once again I assure him it is and tell him to ask the cashier on the way out.
So we get to the register and I can barely keep a straight face. He goes to the cashier and drops the golden question. He asks, "Excuse me miss, now I am not from around here but is this store called Pavylions?" And just the way he says it everyone within earshot just starts cracking up. I take off running out the door because I cannot contain my laughter and the last thing I heard him say before exiting the door is, "DAMMIT ZILLA! I KNEW IT! ITS NOT CALLED PAVYLIONS!!!"
And man, it may be one of those things where you may of had to be there but jeez I have never laughed so hard. And that was just one of the many fun times that I had with Colin.
Point of the story is that I had just met Colin in person no more than 12 hours prior to that and I already felt comfortable being myself with him. He was the type of person who you would have the best of time with, someone who you could trust, someone who you could be YOU with and someone who we will all miss greatly.
Rest in peace, Colin. You may be physically gone but you will NEVER be forgotten.
And a short poem, for Colin.
A friend to all and family to some,
Colin was a great man who was taken too young.
December the 10th is a date we all shall remember,
He may be gone but will live in our hearts forever.
We mustn't mourn over his passing but look at his life and be something that we embrace,
When you think about him just know he is looking down at you with a smile on his face.
He will guide us through the tough times in life and be there every step of the way,
And he will always be there to talk to at the end of a rough day.
A heart of gold and a personality that cant be bought,
My memory of you will never be forgot.
Your spirit lives on and will never be forgotten,
Rest in peace, Colin.
